3D Sensing
Every single vehicle that goes through the bay gets scanned with 3D technology that knows each vehicle’s size and shape so the equipment knows what it’s cleaning. These scan profiles are matched with and know the difference between trucks and suv’s, hatchbacks and small cars.
Ultrasonics
The Soft Touch bays have further sensors in the form of ultrasonic units which additionally tell the equipment how wide your vehicle is, even if you’ve parked it a little bit sideways in the bay. When the side foam rollers come in to get your sides clean, they use the ultrasonic data to know exactly how close to get to the body of your vehicle.
Tailored Washes, Eco-Friendly Operation
With the scan data of your exact vehicle, the equipment knows the precise position you are sitting in the bay, and can give you a closer, more custom wash. The equipment takes the data multiple times per wash to ensure the data matches every time, and that data results in the machinery being able to come in closer and get your vehicle cleaner with less waste of soap and water.
